1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pings Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

The App provides network tools (ping, traceroute, speed test) and monitoring of the addresses you add, with optional notifications. Results are indicative: they depend on your device, network and the monitored hosts, and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

3. Permitted use

You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes, only in lawful ways. You may only monitor addresses and networks that you own or are authorized to test. You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose, to disturb or attack other networks or services, or in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for the addresses you monitor. Any legal claim, complaint or liability arising from misuse of the App falls entirely on the subscriber who carried out that use. The App and its owner bear no legal responsibility for it, and you agree to compensate them for any loss, cost or claim resulting from your misuse or from breaking these terms.

5. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account was used without your permission.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans are shown in US dollars and charged in Saudi riyals (with VAT where it applies), through the payment provider Moyasar. A plan is active for one month from the payment. Prices may change; a new price applies from your next payment or renewal.

7. Automatic renewal

If you turn on automatic renewal, you authorize the App to charge the then-current price of your plan to your saved card every month until you turn it off. You can turn it off at any time before the renewal date; this stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the paid month.

8. No refunds

Because the service is delivered and can be used immediately after payment, payments (including automatic renewals) are not refundable once the subscription has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or in the case of a proven duplicate or erroneous charge.

9. When a plan ends

If a plan ends and is not renewed, your saved links are kept, but you can only monitor as many links at a time as the free plan allows until you subscribe again.

10. Availability and liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". The service may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and notifications depend on your device, its settings and the network, so delivery is not guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, the App and its owner are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or data, missed alerts, or decisions made based on the App's results, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month before the claim.

11. Your data

We store your account details, your links and their latest results to provide the service and sync it across your devices. We do not sell your data. Received notifications are kept only on your device. You can ask for your account and data to be deleted.

12. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or use the App unlawfully, without refund.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Important changes will be shown in the App, and continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
