Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Pings Pro ("we") provides the Pings Pro app for Android, iPhone and Windows, and the website www.pingspro.com. For privacy questions, contact us at support@pingspro.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored in encrypted form; we cannot read it).
• Links you add: customer name, contact person, mobile number, IP address or host name, and the latest check results (pings sent and lost, response times).
• Subscription details: your plan, its end date and whether automatic renewal is on.
• Device details for notifications: the device identifier needed to deliver alerts to your device.
• Messages you send us: the name, email and message you enter in the contact form.
• Network tools: Ping, Traceroute and Speed test run on your device and their results are not saved to your account. The speed test connects to an external server (Cloudflare) to take the measurement.

3. Information we do not collect

We do not store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Moyasar; we only receive the status of the payment and the plan purchased.

4. How we use your information

• To provide the service and sync your links across your devices.
• To send alerts when a link becomes Unstable, goes Down or is back to normal.
• To manage your subscription and renewals.
• To answer your questions and improve the app.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the app: Moyasar (payments), Google and Apple push notification services (delivering alerts), our hosting and cloud storage provider (keeping your account and links), and our email provider (receiving contact-form messages). We may disclose data when a competent authority legally requires it.

6. Notifications

Notifications you receive are kept only on your device. You can turn them off at any time from the Notifications screen in the app.

7. Data retention

We keep your account and links while your account exists. If your plan ends and is not renewed, your saved links are kept. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and protect passwords with encryption. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

9. Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your data, delete your account and data, or turn off notifications and automatic renewal. Contact us at support@pingspro.com.

10. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. External links

The app or website may link to third parties whose privacy practices we do not control.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Important changes will be shown in the app, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.

13. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including its Personal Data Protection Law.
